Vidal grapes are picked, pressed and immediately the process begins upon arrival at the winery. Fermented in first wash French oak at a temperature of 15ºC for approximately 2 weeks, before ageing for three months in oak and finally put into their signature super slim bottle.
Mango, orange and other tropical fruits are prominent in the aromas. This tropical fruit carrying through to the palate with flavours of peach and citrus fruits. Balanced by the racy acidity of this complex, lively, oak aged Icewine.
